Karma Candy Inc. announced today that it has acquired the Emerald production facility based in Hamilton from the Allan Candy Company Limited (TACCL). The Allan Candy Business was recently acquired by Reichman-Hauer Capital Partners (RHCP) from Cadbury Adams Canada in June 2007.
